Instructional Services The Department of Instructional Services is responsible for leadership in the areas of K-12 curriculum, selection and purchasing of textbooks and educational materials, professional development, student performance and assessment, instructional technology, gifted education, English Language Learners, and other curriculum related services. Business Operations Welcome to the Business Operations section of the Forest Hills School District Website. The department of Business Operations includes transportation, maintenance, food service, and overall building operations. The department is also responsible for scheduling pools, gyms and outdoor athletic facilities by community groups.
