Julie Bissinger earned her bachelor’s degrees in political science and Spanish from Grove City College and a law degree from Temple University Law School. Currently the chief counsel/senior assistant city solicitor of labor and employment for the City of Cincinnati, she has also worked as a City of Cincinnati prosecutor and as the personnel director for the Hamilton County Courts. A past president of the Forest Hills Council of PTA/Os, Bissinger has also served as a member of the Forest Hills Instrumental Music Association and the Board of Trustees for the Boys/Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati. Bissinger and her husband, Mark, have two children who are graduates of Anderson High School.

Jim Frooman has been a resident of Anderson Township since 1990. He and his wife, Leisa, have four daughters who graduated from Turpin High School. An AV-rated attorney, the highest level of professional excellence in law, Frooman earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio State University and a law degree from the Northern Kentucky University. Currently working with Frost Brown Todd, LLC, he is licensed to practice law in many courts in Ohio, as well as the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Frooman has been named one of the top 50 attorneys in Cincinnati and one of the Best Lawyers in America. He has previously served the NKU Salmon P. Chase College of Law Center as the president of the Alumni Association Board of Governors and as a member of the Law Foundation Board of Trustees and the Board of Advisors for Excellence in Advocacy.

A graduate of Turpin High School, Forest Heis studied medicine at the University of Cincinnati and Stanford University and then completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at Duke University. He is currently the chairman of the Department of Surgery at St. Elizabeth and St. Luke hospitals. Also a lifelong resident of Anderson Township, Heis and his wife, Aimee, have four children who attend Forest Hills schools.

A graduate of the College of Mount St. Joseph, Tony Hemmelgarn is currently the district manager for Towne Park, a leader in the hospitality services, and the owner of i9 Sports, a youth sports organization. Hemmelgarn and his wife, Kristine, have four children, two who have graduated from Turpin High School and two who currently attend THS. Also the former Turpin High School athletic director, his previous honors include receiving the Friend of Children Award from Forest Hills PTO/PTAs.

After earning his bachelor's degrees in marketing, management and industrial engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Randy Smith worked in marketing at Procter & Gamble for 36 years and retired in 2015 as the policy and legal department manager. He is the founder and a Board member of the Forest Hills Foundation for Education and serves UC as a trustee of the Foundation and the Band Alumni Association. He has also served as president of the Ohio School Boards Association Southwest Region Executive Board, as a member of the OSBA State Board of Trustees and as the Second Congressional District representative to the Federal Relations Network, a group that provides opportunities for school board members to engage with members of Congress. OSBA has recognized Smith more than 10 times with the Award of Achievement for displaying exemplary commitment to learning and leadership, and has also named him a Master Board Member. A graduate of Anderson High School, Smith and his wife, Susan, have two children who graduated from Turpin High School.
