Turpin High School announces creation of Veterans’ Wall
As construction continues at Turpin High School in Forest Hills School District, school administrators are planning to install a Veterans’ Wall in the school’s new athletic entrance to honor alumni, faculty and support staff who have served or are currently serving in the military.
“The Turpin High School Veterans’ Wall will be a reminder of the service given to our nation by members of the Turpin family. This commitment to our nation should never be forgotten and should inspire courage and dedication for our community and country,” said Nathan Dumford, Turpin High School assistant principal who is overseeing the project.
Private donations will fund the project. Individuals who wish to make a tax deductible donation can submit a secure donation through the Forest Hills Foundation for Education at http://fhfe.org/turpin-alumni-home/. Checks made payable to “FHFE/Turpin Veterans’ Wall” can also be sent to Turpin High School, 2650 Bartels Road, Cincinnati, OH 45244 Attn: Nathan Dumford.
