Welcome the Newest Members of FHSD’s Administrative Team 2025-2026

Please join us in welcoming the newest members of the Forest Hills School District administrative team. These individuals represent both new employees in FHSD as well as current employees who are moving to a new position, and they will step into their new roles at the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

School Administrators

The following employees are listed alphabetically by last name.

Jess Arnold, Nagel Assistant Principal
Ms. Jess Arnold joins the Nagel administration team as an assistant principal. She most recently worked at West Clermont Middle School where she was a 7th grade Intervention Specialist before becoming Dean of Students at the same school. She has been actively involved in multiple leadership teams in her previous buildings, helping implement valuable programs and creating a culture of positivity and trust.

Kimberly Beard, Summit Assistant Principal
Mrs. Kimberly Beard joins the Summit Elementary leadership team for the 2025-2026 school year. She was most recently Assistant Principal at Mercer Elementary. During her time in FHSD, she has also served as a learning design specialist and a classroom teacher. She was recognized this year as the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrator’s 2025 Outstanding Second-in-Command Administrator of the Year. Mrs. Beard’s passion, experience and student-centered approach will make a great addition to Summit Elementary.

Terell Davis, Nagel Athletic Director
Mr. Terell Davis will serve as the next head of the Nagel Athletic Department beginning this school year. He has previous experience as an athletic director and as a physical education teacher, specifically teaching 6th-8th grade P.E. in Fairfield City School District before transitioning to athletic leadership as an assistant AD and then Athletic Director for Mount Healthy Junior/Senior High and Fairfield City School District. He brings a distinct blend of leadership experience that also includes middle and high school coaching.

Zach Larson, Maddux Assistant Principal
Mr. Zach Larson comes to FSHD with nine years of experience in education under his belt. Mr. Larson was a 3rd grade teacher in the Milford Exempted Village Schools prior to serving two years as Assistant Principal and Preschool Director at Marr Cook Elementary in Goshen. Mr. Larson’s approachable style alongside his goals helping students learn and grow will make him a great extension to Maddux leadership!

Kyle Mack, Summit Principal
FHSD is thrilled to welcome Mr. Kyle Mack as the next principal of Summit Elementary! He has spent nearly two decades in education, serving as a teacher, university professor, innovation specialist and building administrator. He joined the Nagel Middle School staff in 2014 as the innovation specialist and transitioned into building administration in 2021. Most recently, he was Associate Principal at Nagel. We are confident that Mr. Mack’s ability to cultivate a positive learning environment and advocate for students will be a great asset to Summit!

Tom Robinson, Nagel Associate Principal
Mr. Robinson will be transitioning from Assistant Principal to Associate Principal at Nagel Middle School. He previously served as an assistant principal at Norwood High School as well as the principal of Norwood View Elementary School before joining FHSD last school year. He is a resident of the district, and we are so excited to see him step into this role.

Dr. Kelly Wilham, Mercer Assistant Principal
We are excited to welcome Dr. Kelly Wilham as the new assistant principal at Mercer Elementary. She comes to FHSD with nearly 10 years of experience as an elementary school teacher and more than 20 years in administration. Dr. Wilham has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati in its Leadership Development Academy and a part-time faculty member at Miami University as a student teaching advisor. Her unique experience in a variety of school settings will make her a valuable addition to the Mercer team!

District Administrators

The following employees are listed alphabetically by last name.

Bradley Early, Elementary Coordinator for Special Education
Preschool Coordinator Bradley Early will be transitioning into a new role as the Coordinator of Elementary Special Education. We are excited for Mr. Early to bring his diverse experience into this role. He has worked in Forest Hills for more than 20 years as a teacher, case coordinator and a member of the Special Education department.

Julie Howard, Preschool Coordinator
Ms. Julie Howard brings specialized experience to FHSD as the next Preschool Coordinator. Her background includes working as an Intervention Specialist at Warren County ESC and Stepping Stones, Educational Services Director at Stepping Stones, an elementary assistant principal in West Clermont School District and, most recently, Middle School Director at Springer School and Center. We are very excited to have Ms. Howard join our team and lead our program, serving FHSD’s youngest students!

Chad Raleigh, Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
Mr. Chad Raleigh will employ his nearly 10 years of experience as a former construction superintendent at Monarch Construction to serve as our next Coordinator of Facilities and Maintenance. Most recently, he was a foreman for Perkins and Carmack. We are thrilled to have Mr. Raleigh as part of our Business Operations team!

Jamie Roth, Associate Director of Special Education
Mr. Jamie Roth is stepping into a new administrative role as Associate Director of Special Education. An alumni of Maddux Elementary and Anderson High School, Mr. Roth brings experience, knowledge and passion to this leadership position. He previously served as student services manager in Cincinnati Public Schools prior to joining the FHSD team as Coordinator of Elementary Special Education in 2023.
