Find My Bus Stop

August 19, 2025 Update

FHSD is aware of technical issues many parents and guardians have been experiencing with the new bus routing system. We have been working closely with Stopfinder to correct the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand how important it is for families to have accurate and up-to-date bus route information with students returning to school this week. Please see guidance below that was shared with FHSD families via email.

No action is required and you may disregard this information if either of the following are true:

  1. You have already received an email from Stopfinder AND have successfully logged into your account; or
  2. Your student will not ride an FHSD bus to and from school this year.

For all other parents/guardians, please review the following important information:

  • Stopfinder has indicated that there was an issue in sending out notification emails to large numbers of families at the same time, which resulted in some emails not being delivered and some emails not containing the necessary link to register an account.
  • At approximately 2 p.m. today (Tuesday, Aug. 19), Stopfinder will send a new notification to all families that have not yet logged into their accounts. This will be sent out on a rolling basis in small groups, and the process may take until 6 p.m. to complete.
    • Note: The email will be delivered to the primary parent/guardian contact, so please double check in case it is delivered to another family member. Also, check your spam folder if you do not see a Stopfinder email later today.
  • Families need to click the unique subscription link in the email from Stopfinder in order to activate their account (see sample image below for reference).
    • Note: When you receive an email, please activate your account as soon as possible. We need to know if parents/guardians experience any continuing technical issues immediately so we can address them prior to the start of school.
    • You must refer to the most recent email to find an active link. Notification emails will be sent on a rolling basis building-by-building, so it may take some time for them to be delivered.

Anyone who has additional questions about specific bus route information should please contact a member of the Transportation Department so we can respond and provide any necessary information.

It is a good idea to regularly check your student’s bus pick-up and drop-off times over the first few weeks of school as routes are subject to change slightly as families change their transportation selections.

FHSD is implementing a new routing software for the 2025-2026 school year. This will help improve the department's efficiency and better serve families who utilize school bus services.

Families will receive an email notification with their route information by mid-August. Please understand that based on the amount of route adjustments that take place in August, due to new students enrolling and other changes, it is impossible to provide more detailed information at an earlier time.

This email notification will be delivered via Stopfinder, an all-in-one bus routing information system for families.

If you have any questions, please call the Transportation Office at (513) 231-3335.
