Superintendent

Superintendent Suzanna Davis is a student-centered educational leader with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing school systems through growth and change. She is known for building trust, aligning teams and systems, and maintaining a clear, disciplined focus on student outcomes. Joining Forest Hills School District in August 2026, Mrs. Davis brings an abundance of professional experience and a reputation for organizational leadership to the district.

Mrs. Davis previously served as Senior Director of Student Services for Middletown City Schools and as a key leader in the superintendent’s cabinet. She also has experience as an administrator for Grant Us Hope, a student mental health and suicide prevention program, and as principal of Lakota East High School. Superintendent Davis has a proven record of strengthening organizational consistency, aligning resources to strategic priorities and improving student engagement. Her leadership approach is rooted in being present and accessible, building relationships and collaborating with students, staff and families to unite communities around a shared vision.

Mrs. Davis holds a superintendent license from Miami University, a master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in education from Miami University.
