Food allergies are a potential life-threatening medical problem. Forest Hills School District staff will work with students and parents to provide a safe environment for students with a food allergy.

Parents are responsible for communicating any special needs of their child, including food allergies, to the district at the beginning of each school year or at the time of enrollment.

Substitutions to regular, district-provided school meals will be made for students who are unable to eat regular meals due to a qualifying dietary need when that need is certified in writing by the student’s physician.
