Introducing the Newest Members of the FHSD Administrative Team

FHSD is excited to welcome the newest members of its administration who will help lead and support the students and staff of Forest Hills. With a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for education, these individuals will provide pivotal leadership to ensure our students receive a high-quality learning experience.

Suzanna Davis
Superintendent

After an extensive and thoughtful search process that took place from March to early May, the FHSD Board of Education selected Mrs. Suzanna Davis to serve as the district's next superintendent. Mrs. Davis has more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing school systems through growth and change, and most recently served as Senior Director of Student Services for Middletown City Schools. Shannon Henderson
Assistant Principal, Nagel Middle School

Ms. Shannon Henderson steps into a new role at Nagel, previously serving as a math teacher during the 2025-2026 school year. Prior to being a Nighthawk, she worked as a math teacher for nearly 15 years and balanced serving as a grade-level and PLC (Professional Learning Community) Team Lead for about six of them. Ms. Henderson joins the Nagel admin team off the heels of a great school year, working collaboratively to influence curriculum and launching Nagel’s inaugural competitive robotics team. 

Paige Orick
Assistant Principal, Anderson High School

After teaching science at Anderson for four years, Ms. Paige Orick takes on a new role as Assistant Principal. The strong relationships she has cultivated with students and staff over the last few years and her impressive leadership style made her a strong candidate for our Raptors administration. Ms. Orick is known for her communication skills and deep understanding of instructional strategies. 

Nick Pavely
Assistant Principal, Nagel Middle School

Mr. Nick Pavely joins the Nagel administrative team for the new school year. He most recently served as Assistant Principal at New Richmond Middle School where he played a critical role in launching a campus-wide data team, contributing to discipline reduction and more. Prior to being an Assistant Principal, Mr. Pavely was a Government teacher at Hughes STEM High School for ten years in addition to serving as Social Studies Department Chair.

Greg Rose
Assistant Principal, Turpin High School

Mr. Greg Rose is Turpin’s newest addition to the administrative team. After serving three years as Assistant Principal at West Clermont Middle School, he transitions into a new role as a Spartan. Mr. Rose also worked as Assistant Principal at North College Hill High School and as a Social Studies teacher at Milford High School, Clermont Northeastern High School and VLT Academy High School. His professional experience includes a track record of successful PBIS implementation, strong leadership and positive relationships with staff, students and the community.
